Kelly joined Flagship in 2008 as Director of Marketing. Before coming to Flagship, she was the Manager of Communications and Investor Relations at Labrador Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm in Palo Alto, CA from 2000-2008. Prior to joining Labrador, Kelly was an Assistant Vice President and Director of Public Relations at LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO Bank NV. Previously she served in the Clinton Administration as the Deputy Director of the Office of Public Affairs at the United States Treasury Department, a Public Affairs Specialist at the United States Justice Department and a Staff Assistant in The President's Office at the White House.

Kelly earned her BA in Communications, Law, Economics and Government (CLEG) from American University in Washington, DC.
