Rogers AT&T Wireless Scores with Mobile Applications from Tira Wireless
TORONTO - June 5, 2003 - Tira Wireless, a premier wireless application publisher and technology provider for the Java™ 2 Platform, Micro Edition (J2ME™) marketplace, and Rogers' AT&T" Wireless, today announced that Rogers AT&T Wireless customers can now download a broad selection of compelling English and French language wireless Java technology-based games and other applications published by Tira Wireless, to their mobile devices.

NHL PowerShot Hockey is a fast-paced, 2-on-2 hockey game that puts the excitement of the NHL directly into the hands of hockey fans. Tira Wireless publishes NHL PowerShot Hockey and the other applications offered in its catalogue, under the Tira Studios brand.

- Crosswords2Go - Contains a selection of crosswords created by renowned crossword constructor and Washington Post Magazine crossword editor, Fred Piscop. Crosswords2Go embraces an easy-to-use interface that makes it intuitive to solve fun and challenging crossword puzzles. Available in English.
- Tournament Darts - The world's most popular pub game is now available on Rogers AT&T Wireless phones. Customers make their mark by hitting the bull's eye, and have only a few seconds between throwing each dart.
- Beach Volleyball - A wild variation of beach volleyball where Rogers AT&T Wireless customers must outmanoeuvre their opponent.
- Log Jam - A fast-paced, colour-rich puzzle game that requires Billy Bob the lumberjack to move fast flowing logs from one column to another to keep the passage clear and the water flowing. Players must match four logs of the same colour in a row, horizontally or vertically, to have them removed from the water to prevent a logjam.
All Tira published applications bear the Mobile Assure trustmark.
