Trusted Network Technologies Appoints Wain Kellum as President and CEO
ATLANTA, GA –– April 26, 2006 – Trusted Network Technologies, Inc. (TNT), a leading developer of identity audit and access control solutions, today announced the appointment of Wain Kellum as president and CEO. Kellum succeeds Steve Gant, one of the company’s visionary founders, who will continue in an advisory capacity and as working chairman.
Kellum is a seasoned and experienced Atlanta-based executive who most recently served as president and CEO of nuBridges, a leading provider of eBusiness Community Management solutions. During his tenure at nuBridges, the company went from being pre-revenue to a profitable and growing leader in its industry segment. Prior to nuBridges he was co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Extreme Logic, a professional services firm focused on the development and delivery of large-scale custom software solutions. He led Extreme Logic from its founding in 1993 to a company with more than $50 million in annualized revenue, making it one of the largest custom development shops in the United States. In 2001, Microsoft took a preferred equity position in the company, and in 2003 Extreme Logic was acquired by Hewlett-Packard, forming the foundation of HP’s applications solution business in the Americas.
Kellum is also known locally for his participation in TechBridge as its vice chairman. TechBridge is a local organization that helps greater Atlanta nonprofits reach their potential through technology. Kellum was the recipient of the Southeastern AeA (American Electronics Association) 2005 "Spirit of Endeavor" Award for Outstanding Leadership.
Steve Gant, a founder of TNT, will continue to be actively involved with the company, serving as working chairman where he will help set product strategy and vision for the company.
