From the West (Massachusetts Turnpike)
Flagship Ventures is located on the 7th Floor of One Memorial Drive, in Kendall Square next to the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Take the Red Line to the Kendall Square/MIT stop. After exiting the station, turn toward the Longfellow Bridge/Boston, and walk on the right side of Main Street toward the river. Our building is just past the newly constructed MIT Sloan School of Management building on the right, at the corner of Main Street and Memorial Drive. The entrance to the building is from the driveway just before the building.
Head toward the river on JFK St. and turn left onto Memorial Drive. From Memorial Drive heading eastbound toward MIT and Boston, go past the BU Bridge and the Hyatt Hotel, and under the Mass. Ave. overpass. Take the first left after Mass. Ave. onto Wadsworth St., at the sign for "Kendall Square." Take first right onto Main St., then the first right (around our building) onto the very beginning of Memorial Drive. One Memorial Drive is on the right. Please see below for parking information.
From Boston – Mass. Ave. Bridge
Take Mass. Ave. across the Charles River. Turn right onto Memorial Drive at the end of the bridge. Take the first left onto Wadsworth St., at the sign for "Kendall Square." Take first right onto Main St., then the first right (around our building) onto the very beginning of Memorial Drive. One Memorial Drive is on your right. Please see below for parking information.
From Boston – Longfellow Bridge
Cross the Longfellow Bridge toward Cambridge. While crossing the Charles River, our building is visible ahead on the left of the bridge. Take the first right immediately at the end of the bridge onto Memorial Drive West. At the stop sign take another right, passing under Longfellow Bridge. Immediately after passing under the bridge, take another right, at the sign indicating "Government Center." At the fork, go straight (somewhat left) -- do not bear right back onto Longfellow Bridge. One Memorial Drive is immediately in front. Please see below for parking information.
From the West (Massachusetts Turnpike)
From the west, take Exit 18 for Allston and Cambridge. After the tollbooth, bear right toward Cambridge. Go straight through the large intersection, crossing the Charles River over the River Street Bridge. Take a right at the end of the bridge onto Memorial Drive, going east toward MIT and Boston.
Go past the BU Bridge and the Hyatt Hotel, and under the Mass. Ave. overpass. Take the first left turn after Mass. Ave. across Memorial Drive onto Wadsworth St., at the sign for "Kendall Square." Take the first right onto Main St., then the first right (around our building) onto the very beginning of Memorial Drive. One Memorial Drive is on the right. Please see below for parking information.
Take Route 93 – Expressway – North. Go through the South Station Tunnel and take Exit 26, following signs to Storrow Drive. After going through the tunnel onto Storrow Drive, keep left - following signs to Kendall Square. Get off Storrow Drive on Exit to left; get in the right lane going over the overpass. At the end of the ramp, take a right, following signs to Kendall Square. Go over the Longfellow Bridge.

From the airport, take the Summer Tunnel into Boston (Toll at Entrance). Coming out of the tunnel, go straight ahead to ramp onto Route 93 North, keeping in the right lane. Go about 1/3 mile to Exit 26 - Storrow Drive. After going through tunnel onto Storrow Drive, keep left - following signs to Kendall Square. Get off Storrow Drive on Exit to left; get in the right lane going over the overpass. At the end of the ramp, take a right, following signs to Kendall Square. Go over the Longfellow Bridge.

There is free one-hour parking in front of our building on Memorial Drive but spaces are limited and timelimits are enforced. After 4:00 pm, parking can usually be found on Memorial Drive, and does not require a Cambridge parking permit. Underground garage parking is available at $27 per day. The entrance to the garage is on the right, immediately after the building itself. Please note that the garage exit is an automated station, and you should process your cash or credit card payment at the machine in the parking garage elevator area just off the main lobby.
